Working with property investors has been a significant part of my career. My experience includes remodel-and-resale projects, buy-and-hold rentals, fixer properties, and value-add opportunities throughout California.
When evaluating a potential purchase, we'll look beyond listing photos and consider comparable sales, property condition, potential improvements, resale or rental objectives, and the intended exit strategy. Repair estimates and financial projections should be independently verified with the appropriate professionals.
Fixers, Short Sales & Distressed Properties
I also have experience with short sales, pre-foreclosure situations, foreclosures, and other distressed-property transactions. These sales can involve different timelines, lender requirements, liens, and property-condition considerations. I help clients understand the real estate side and coordinate with lending, escrow, title, legal, tax, and other professionals when needed.
